Classes & Timetable

Four class types designed for every stage of your yoga journey — from your very first session to a dedicated weekly practice. Get in touch for the current timetable and to check availability.

Our Classes

Whether you are brand new to yoga, expecting a baby, or looking to build strength and stillness, there is a class here for you.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement and posture in a continuous sequence. Suitable for those with some yoga experience who want to build stamina, strength and focus.

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Postures are held for longer periods, encouraging release, flexibility and a quieter mind.

Beginners Yoga

A friendly, unhurried introduction to yoga fundamentals — posture, breath and alignment — in a supportive environment. No experience or equipment is required to join.

Pregnancy Yoga

Specifically designed for expectant mothers, this class nurtures comfort, calm and confidence throughout pregnancy. Breathing techniques and gentle movement support both body and mind.

Weekly Timetable

Classes run throughout the week at Harbour Yoga Studio in Brighton. Contact us for the current schedule and to confirm your preferred session.

Our timetable changes seasonally to reflect demand and teacher availability. Rather than list times that may be out of date, we encourage you to get in touch or check when you book a trial class for the most accurate, up-to-date schedule.

We offer classes across weekday mornings, evenings and weekend slots to suit working adults and those with varying commitments. Pregnancy Yoga sessions are kept small to ensure every participant receives individual attention.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some common questions about our classes.

I have never done yoga before — which class should I choose?

Our Beginners Yoga class is the ideal starting point. It covers the foundations of posture, breathing and alignment at a relaxed pace, with no prior experience needed. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will help you find the right class.

Is Pregnancy Yoga safe throughout all trimesters?

Our Pregnancy Yoga class is designed with the safety and wellbeing of expectant mothers in mind. We recommend letting your teacher know your trimester and any relevant medical information before your first session. Always consult your midwife or GP if you have any concerns.

Can I join a Vinyasa Flow class as a beginner?

Vinyasa Flow is better suited to those with some yoga experience. We recommend starting with our Beginners Yoga class first, then progressing when you feel ready. Our teachers are happy to advise you — meet the team or ask us directly.

How do I book a class?

You can book a trial class online, or contact us to reserve a place in any of our regular classes. We recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Get in touch via our contact page and we will let you know about our cancellation arrangements.
