Not at all. All four classes welcome first-timers, and our Beginners Yoga class is specifically structured for people who are brand new to yoga. Just let us know your experience level in the booking form.

Can I trial a class if I am pregnant?

Yes. Our Pregnancy Yoga class is open to expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy. Please mention how many weeks pregnant you are when you complete the form so your teacher can ensure the session is safe and comfortable for you.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear clothing you can move freely in — there is no specific kit required. Yoga mats and props are available in the studio, so you do not need to bring your own unless you prefer to.

How will I know my trial is confirmed?

Once you submit the form, a member of the Harbour Yoga Studio team will be in touch to confirm your place and share any details you need for your visit.
